According to McKinsey’s Women in the Workplace 2024 report, women currently hold only about 39% of managerial roles in the tech industry, and this percentage decreases further at higher leadership levels. This isn’t because women lack the capability — but because organizational cultures are not yet fully ready to embrace diverse perspectives.

That’s why we are honored to welcome Ms. Nguyễn Phương Tú – Vice President of Human Resources at KMS Technology – to join our upcoming Leader Talks: “Inclusive Leadership: Fostering Diversity and Equity in Tech Workplace.”

With extensive experience across IT/Fintech and FMCG, and having held HR leadership positions at global corporations such as Unilever, FrieslandCampina, and WorldQuant, Ms. Tú has spent many years shaping strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent in multicultural organizations.

Holding an MBA from IE Business School & Singapore Management University, along with the SHRM-SCP certification, Ms. Tú advocates for a “People-First Leadership” philosophy – where business goals are achieved through empathy, empowerment, and people development.

At the program, she will share practical insights on:
